Mission Statement
The mission of the Clinton Public Library is to provide materials, programs and services that enable local residents to pursue learning and personal enrichment throughout their lives; to obtain answers to questions; and to find and evaluate information in a variety of formats.

Governance
The Clinton Public Library is located in Vermillion County, serving Clinton Township, which includes the incorporated towns of Blanford, Centenary, Clinton, Fairview-Park, and Universal.
The library is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees: three are appointed by the South Vermillion Community School Board, two are appointed by the Vermillion County Council, and two are appointed by the Vermillion County Commissioners.
